OmeraX (“we”, “us”) provides a digital book app for businesses and self users: staff attendance, wage and payment calculation, bill and invoice generation, and a directory of local business categories. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to it.
1. Information we collect
- Account: your mobile number, used to log in and verify you.
- Business records: business details, staff details, attendance, wages, bills and invoices that you enter.
- ID document details (optional): only if you choose to add them, for example to verify a business or staff member.
- Device and usage data: app version, device type and basic diagnostics to keep the app working.
- Location (optional): only if you allow it, to show businesses near you.
2. How we use it
- To create and secure your account and let you log in.
- To provide attendance, payment calculation, billing and reports.
- To show relevant business categories and listings.
- To fix problems, prevent misuse and improve the app.
- To meet legal obligations, including labour-law record keeping.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the app (such as hosting and SMS/OTP), when the law requires it, or with your consent. Business listings you choose to publish are visible to other users.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers and on your device. Your consent choice is stored on your device against your mobile number and policy version. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal or accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and data (see below).
6. Your choices
- Access, correct or update your information in the app.
- Request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
- Withdraw optional permissions (location, ID details) at any time from device settings or the app.
7. Children
OmeraX is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
When this policy changes we update the version and ask you to accept it again on your next login.
