These Terms govern your use of the OmeraX app and website. By continuing you confirm that you have read and agree to them.
1. Eligibility and account
You must be 18 or older and provide a valid mobile number. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
2. What OmeraX provides
Tools for staff attendance, payment calculation, bill and invoice generation, and a business category directory. Calculations are provided as an aid; you remain responsible for checking them and for your own legal, PF, ESIC and tax compliance.
3. Your content
You own the business, staff and bill data you enter. You allow us to store and process it to run the service. You confirm you have the right to enter any staff or customer details you add.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not enter false, misleading or unlawful information.
- Do not misuse, copy, reverse-engineer or disrupt the app.
- Do not upload another person’s ID details without permission.
5. Listings
Businesses listed in the directory are responsible for their own information and services. OmeraX does not guarantee any listing, quality or transaction between users.
6. Availability
We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OmeraX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profit arising from use of the app.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
9. Changes and law
We may update these Terms; the version will change and you will be asked to accept again. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
